Finding the right therapist matters — and if you're ready to explore what's really driving your feelings and behaviours, I'm here to help.
Based in Potts Point, I offer individual psychotherapy for adults in a space that's warm, safe, and free from judgement. My approach is guided by curiosity, helping you uncover insights about yourself and the emotional patterns that may be quietly shaping your relationships, your choices, and your sense of self.
Whoever you are and whatever brings you here, you'll be met with warmth, discretion, and genuine empathy. My clients come from all walks of life — many are navigating the pressures of demanding careers, major life transitions, or relationship difficulties alongside anxiety, depression, or trauma. Others are exploring questions of identity, sexuality, or simply seeking to understand themselves more deeply. I particularly welcome LGBTQIA+ clients. Sessions are available in-person in Potts Point or via telehealth — whichever suits you best.
Contact me today for a confidential conversation about how I may be able to support you, or explore this website to learn more about my approach and experience.
My Potts Point office is easily accessible by public transport or car, with good connections to surrounding areas.
I am clinically registered with PACFA (Reg. 26130). Many private health funds offer rebates for therapy sessions — I am a registered provider with AHM, Medibank, Bupa, and the Australian Regional Health Group (ARHG), including the Doctors' Health Fund. Please contact your fund directly for details.
